“I requested service for kitchen faucet. Appointment was scheduled Friday, 11/8, after 230p. Technician arrived around 5p. He checked the faucet and told me I could get the replacement part and have it fixed or get a new faucet. I said would want it fixed. He said he could get the part and be back first thing Monday morning 9am I would be the first for the day. He had me sign an estimate for 289 dollars. Said he would be back Monday.
Monday morning I called after 10am when nobody came. I was told he was late at another job. The man that came didn't know about the problem, no part to fix the faucet. The man Friday told me a bunch of lies , no fixed faucet. The man Monday said the part wasn't available, better to replace it. Said no thanks I'll find some else that doesn't tell me lies . Poor customer service from this company!”

“My garbage disposal backed up unexpectantly and I called Gene's for service. This was the first time I contacted them and they were able to schedule a plumber to come to my house that afternoon! The technician was professional, friendly and identified the issue immediately. He provided the cost to repair and got the job done in a short amount of time! He also offered to check the hoses and hook-up for my main water connection, washer, checked the hot water heater and a bathroom faucet I asked about. He provided recommendations for ways they could help improve my water. Gene's is great and I'd recommend them to anyone needing fast, reliable service at a reasonable cost.”

“This past Saturday morning our kitchen sink drain clogged. I tried in vain to get it cleared. I even used our 25foot drain snake. We called Gene's around 10:45am and they indicated a 1pm – 5pm window for the service. Chris from Gene's called an hour early and arrived 20mins later as he had said he would. A quick run down of the situation and what I had tried and he dove right in. About 1.5hours later and 5 attempts with the heavy duty drain snake the drain opened up. We still do not know what was down there but it got cleared up. I want to thank Gene's for prompt service on a weekend and the effort that Chris put into clearing this drain. I had family in from out of town and the clog could have put a wrench into our dinner plans. My wife and I have been customers of Gene's for quite a few years. This is yet another example of the superior service that we get from Gene's. Sincerest Thanks!”

“Had a leak in the older rubber water line to my frig. Replacement required getting behind kitchen cupboards and threading a new line. Joey was essentially a contortionist to do this job. He was pleasant, professional and bore with me as I asked a lot of questions. I have used Gene's for years and have never had a bad experience.”
