“Hot water tank, sprang a leak. Called Gene’s for assistance. I was scheduled for the same day. Needed a replacement for a 17 year old tank. The tech (Chris), explained everything to me. Advised as to what tank to buy. I decided to go tankless. The benefits outweighed the normal tank, over time. They returned with the tank, and within two hours, my home had hot water. They (Chris & John) cleaned everything up and explained to me how the system works. I’m very pleased with the service as usual. Gene’s does an excellent job with all their services offered. I would recommend them, to anyone….thx much as always…🤗”

“It has taken me some time to cool down to write a review, which I have never done, but I have to, even though I have not cooled down or ever will. I would give this company zero stars if it was an option, but I was forced to fill one in. I will never recommend Gene's to anyone, friend or foe. I'm writing in regards to work done for my elderly parents. They were taken advantage of and lied to on multiple occasions. They were convinced and "scared" into purchasing both an air conditioning unit and a furnace when their air conditioning broke. No matter how old the furnace was, it worked and 86 year olds on fixed incomes should not be made to feel they need to spend over $ 14,000 – just in case it's going to break. They were not offered the senior citizen discount that is always advertised, nor were they offered the deal that was taking place at the time of installation – buy a furnace and get a free air conditioning unit. I know for a fact that something could be done, but it seems the bottom line was all that their person was worried about. And by the way, they do NOT need to purchase a maintenance plan in order for their over $14,000 purchase to be covered by warranty, like they were told. So many lies. The company makes me sick to my stomach, and I'm letting everyone know.”

“Need to let everyone know what a wonderful – courteous and hard working technician that DJ is! First met him last year when we needed help with our air conditioner. When we had to call for service on our gas furnace, we were thrilled that once again we had the pleasure of having DJ once again being the technician that arrived.

If when the time comes we need service again, we will be definitely requesting that DJ comes out.
